The San Diego Theatre Alliance hosts a variety of events throughout the year to support and promote the local theatre community including:

• Professional development workshops and seminars to provide members of the theatre community with opportunities to learn new skills, network with their peers, and stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
• Mentorship events where members can learn from more experienced theatre professionals and gain insight into the industry
• Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity (EDI) workshops and panel discussions to promote equity, diversity, and inclusivity within the theatre community.
